At Vittoria Coffee, we take pride in the quality of our premium blends and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we offer returns or replacements on items that are damaged during transit or if the incorrect product was received.

Email our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and clear photos of any damage or incorrect items.

Once your claim is reviewed, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for the return shipment.

Securely pack the unopened coffee products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during the return transit to our warehouse.
